More information is available at L+G website URL.CONTEXT : The candidate will replace one of collaborator of the Finance team who left the company. MISSIONS :        Accounting : <ul><li>Ensuring and verifying invoices cockpit, accounting and analytical allocations, necessary documents</li><li>Preparing monthly accounting entries, cut-off entries (deferred revenue, expenses) and orchestrating/supervising all the tasks done by the accounting SSC</li><li>Reviewing, controlling and validating monthly financial statements (balances, ledgers, balance sheet, income statement)</li><li>Checking payroll statements before posting and validating social security rates</li><li>Analyzing and justifying accounts (provision, current account, IC, Personal costs, Social Taxes) </li><li>Preparing annual closing files with the chartered accountant</li><li>Preparing the annual accounting disclosures </li><li>Follow-up of leasing and related accounting entries</li><li>Ensuring Cash Management (cheque remittance, overdue checks, monthly payments batch review) and managing local petty cash </li><li>Follow-up and payment organization of the Travel Expenses</li></ul>         Tax :<ul><li>Preparing and calculating tax and social security returns (Urssaf, VAT, CFE, CVAE, etc.)</li><li>VAT calculation and declaration and reverse charge VAT control</li><li>Recovering of the foreign VAT</li><li>Preparation of the annual fiscal document (FEC)</li></ul>         Management Control : <ul><li>Cash Forecast: Collecting and challenging Working Capital components (in collaboration with SSC)</li><li>CAPEX and Provisions for Depollution follow-up</li><li>Preparation of the necessary elements for the Group Insurance reporting</li></ul>         Other <ul><li>Internal Control: Ensuring controls complying with Group and Standards rules </li><li>Internal and External Third Parties relations </li><li>Additional controller duties as necessary</li></ul>EDUCATION : BAC+3/5 in Accounting EXPERIENCE : Proven working experience as Accounting (full cycle) in an international environment SKILLS:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles (French Gaap ideally in US Gaap) and basic knowledge in Cost Accounting </li><li>Excellent SAP accounting software and Windows tools user </li><li>English profeciency will be appreciate</li><li>Rigorous, organized et proactive</li></ul>Excellent interpersonal skills
