As member of our R&amp;D team located in Córdoba (Spain), you will contribute to the execution of projects by studying the electromagnetics of power transformers through electromagnetics simulations and providing support to the design tool development team, enhancing the design platform improvements and ensuring availability within the electromagnetics domain. How you will make an impact <ul><li>Lead and manage R&amp;D projects self-driven on time, on budget, and with the required quality following Hitachi Energy internal standards and processes.</li><li>Maintain existing and developing new technical standards and design tools for transformers.</li><li>Assess production processes and proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement.</li><li>Provide comprehensive support to design tools and developers by recognizing key features, preparing detailed technical specifications, prototypes and conducting thorough solution testing within the electromagnetic domain.</li><li>Develop, manage and expand relationships with stakeholders, internal functions, technology organization and external relevant parties (e.g. customers, universities). Providing proposals for possible partnerships.</li></ul>Your background We are looking for a degree in electrical, physics or mathematics.
