Lead global logistics ERP projects<ul><li>Manage and implement SAP-ERP projects (at least two) across modules like MM, WM, SD, PP, and PM, focusing on continuous improvement, standardization, and global rollout.</li></ul>2. Translate logistics needs into system specifications<ul><li>Act as the bridge between Business and IT, ensuring logistics requirements are accurately captured, coordinated, and implemented (including SAP customizing).</li></ul>3. Own end-to-end logistics processes<ul><li>Oversee complete process management, including training and KPI definition, to ensure sustainability and ongoing improvement.</li></ul>4. Align with Logistics ERP Strategy<ul><li>Implement and support the Logistics ERP Strategy in collaboration with the One ERP Team for unified system integration.</li></ul>5. Ensure knowledge transfer and process sustainability<ul><li>Conduct Plant Process Reviews and user trainings to verify qualification, transfer know-how, and identify areas for improvement.</li></ul>6. Coordinate cross-functional interface projects<ul><li>Lead or support projects involving Sales, SCM, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.</li></ul>7. Validate system changes<ul><li>Test and approve logistics-related changes in SAP or other ERP systems/applications to maintain system integrity.</li></ul>8. Enhance process documentation<ul><li>Continuously improve documentation to support clarity, consistency, and future scalability.</li></ul>9.
