Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Oversee DSD operations and key account execution across multiple retail locations.</li><li>Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and improved route efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Managers (RMS), and DSD Managers (DMS) on new route development, store setups, and resets.</li><li>Lead HR-related functions within the district, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.</li><li>Support development and execution of planograms (POGs), fleet management, and virtual account oversight.</li><li>Create and implement DSD standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and policies for all field employees.</li><li>Set performance goals for management and DSD teams; monitor progress through weekly and monthly reporting.</li><li>Coordinate schedules, customer projects, and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales.</li><li>Manage district budget and identify cost-saving opportunities within DSD operations.</li><li>Ensure timely completion and submission of all required company reports.</li><li>Achieve sales forecasts, budget targets, and scorecard metrics across assigned regions.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between field teams and senior leadership, supporting policy development and strategic initiatives.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations.</li><li>Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.</li><li>Familiarity with route optimization tools and fleet management systems.</li><li>Ability to travel regularly across the district.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
