Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and monitor purchase orders for production materials from Fronius HQ (Austria).</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels (ROP, EOQ) based on demand forecasts and consumption trends.</li><li>Place special or project-specific orders as needed.</li><li>Coordinate logistics, shipping, and lead times with suppliers and HQ.</li><li>Ensure material availability and resolve supply issues.</li><li>Handle slow-moving or obsolete inventory with proactive strategies.</li><li>Create and maintain part numbers and pricing in the ERP system.</li><li>Process and validate purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, and returns in BaaN.</li><li>Oversee fixed asset purchases outside the standard workflow.</li><li>Lead the Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process and align demand with supply.</li><li>Maintain procurement procedures and ensure policy/audit compliance.</li><li>Identify process improvements and support KPI tracking/reporting.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong communication with HQ and suppliers.</li><li>Track international shipments and manage customs clearance.</li></ul> Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related fields</li><li>1 – 3 years of experience in direct material procurement, supply chain, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Advanced English required (spoken and written)</li><li>Experience with ERP/MRP systems (preferably BaaN)</li><li>Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory optimization</li><li>Familiarity with invoice matching, purchasing workflows, and logistics coordination</li><li>Understanding of Incoterms and international trade processes is a plus</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
