Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Prepare quotation and costing for East Malaysia customer</li><li>Monitor SLA program &amp; service planning with assist of Team Leader</li><li>Support indoor sales and follow up with customer via email/phone call</li><li>Execution spare part and field service order and on-time delivery to customers, according to relevant after sales orders (incl. stock picking)</li><li>Manage client information via client relationship management (CRM) software</li><li>Maintain installed base database</li><li>Liaise with other members of the team and support workshop admin task</li><li>Provide invoicing and monitor account receivable</li><li>Manage and maintain office facilities, replenish stationary and workshop tools</li><li>Maintain housekeeping for office, workshop/warehouse</li><li>Monitor stock level, manage inventory and lead stock take activities</li><li>Prepare/support on service documentations such as reports, manual etc</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Candidate with experience in the engineering service industry</li><li>Proven experience in spare parts sales and order processing or other similar previous responsibilities will be considered a plus.</li><li>Candidate with degree / diploma in engineering is preferred.</li><li>Good computer skills with a sound knowledge of the following software packages, Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving</li><li>Good oral, written and presentation skills in the English language are essential.</li><li>Independent, highly motivated, service driven and open-minded. </li><li>A team player with strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Able to communicate/deal professionally with both internal and external clients.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership</li><li>Organized, has an analytical mind and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.</li><li>Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly moving daily routine.</li><li>Drive for self-improvement and learning</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
