The Engineering Technician supports the design and development of electro-mechanical sensor products which are utilized in a variety of applications within the industrial market. As a technician, you will work as part of the design engineering team developing new products and resolving engineering challenges. The role requires hands-on, creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.-<ul><li>Experience working in a product development environment</li><li>Experience with electrical and mechanical systems design, and debug.</li><li>Experience with measurement and inspection equipment</li><li>Experience with soldering, dispensing, and automated assembly equipment</li><li>Knowledge of electrical testing, oscilloscopes, controllers, data acquisition, and electrical circuits</li><li>Ability to analyze data to make data driven observations and recommendations</li><li>Experience with machining (drills, presses, lathes, etc.)</li><li>Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and test specifications</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience with digital signal analysis, I2C / SPI, or wireless communication a plus.</li></ul>#LI-JL1 #LI-Onsite Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.40 - $32.18At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.  We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.  Sensata considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
