You will play a key role in executing Xylem Vue’s digital growth strategy by supporting existing partners and developing new ones, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the Xylem Vue platform.The CSA – Partner Support will report directly to the Director, Client Solutions EU-GM and work very closely with the Global leader for Partnerships &amp; Strategic Alliance. The role is based in Europe and involves close collaboration across global regions.Key Responsibilities:Partner Training &amp; Support<ul><li>Train and support partners in leveraging Xylem Vue offerings across different markets.</li><li>Improve and maintain support materials for partners.</li><li>Attend client meetings to provide technical and strategic input.</li><li>Conduct tailored products and solution demos to address client needs.</li><li>Draft technical documentation to support partner-led solution proposals.</li></ul>Sales &amp; Technical Enablement<ul><li>Calculate solution costs and contribute to pricing strategies.</li><li>Prepare business cases for partners in Europe and Growth Markets.</li><li>Demonstrate strong knowledge of Xylem Vue solutions and their integration across the platform.</li><li>Act as a technical translator between engineering, product, and commercial teams.</li><li>Deliver compelling product and software demonstrations to partners, consultants, and prospective clients.</li></ul>Partner Management &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies across brands and offerings.</li><li>Identify and secure new partnership opportunities aligned with Xylem’s digital water strategy.</li><li>Evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvements.</li><li>Create a comprehensive partner roadmap for EU, GM, including:<ul><li>Strategic priorities</li><li>Market opportunities</li><li>Regional engagement plans</li><li>Best-fit, tailored solutions to scale digital water growth</li></ul></li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work with internal Client Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure partner success.</li><li>Act as a connector between business development and technical execution.</li><li>Recommend and implement innovative approaches to strengthen partnerships and maximize Xylem Vue’s impact.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years of experience in water/wastewater technology, engineering, business development, or related fields.</li><li>Strong technical understanding of digital services, water infrastructure</li><li>Previous knowledge about Xylem Vue solutions is welcome.</li><li>Proven experience in digital water technologies, including software platforms and data analytics.</li><li>Track record in managing external partnerships and strategic relationships.</li><li>Comfortable delivering demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in a water utility, engineering consulting firm, or water technology company.</li><li>Familiarity with SCADA, GIS, AMI/AMR, CMMS or other water-related digital platforms.</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner engagement and industry events.</li><li>Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual preferred).</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
