WERPO is looking for a&nbsp;Chief of Staff&nbsp;to partner directly with our CEO and executive leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and accelerate execution across the organization. You will serve as a critical integrator, problem solver, and thought partner at the center of WERPO’s mission to use AI to improve and accelerate building decarbonization in NYC.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and execute company-wide initiatives spanning OKRs, operational reviews, roadmap planning, and cross-functional alignment</li></ul><ul><li>Build executive-level materials including board decks, investor updates, internal strategy presentations, and leadership prep documents</li></ul><ul><li>Drive coordination across Product, Engineering, GTM, People, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of top priorities</li></ul><ul><li>Establish and optimize internal processes for meeting cadences, information flow, dashboarding, and decision-making</li></ul><ul><li>Support the CEO in time management, meeting prep/follow-up, and executive-level communications</li></ul><ul><li>Own special strategic projects across a range of business areas</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a sounding board for the leadership team, surfacing insights, anticipating needs, and proactively resolving roadblocks</li></ul>Experience and QualificationsRequirements<ul><li>5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting roles—preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or AI environment</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience serving as Chief of Staff to senior leadership</li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight</li></ul><ul><li>Executive-level communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives and influence senior stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data tools and performance dashboards</li></ul><ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias for action and problem solving</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and higher; MA in Sustainability/Climate or MBA</li></ul><ul><li>Experience supporting C-level executives or working in a Chief of Staff capacity</li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with AI, sustainability, or tech companies</li></ul><ul><li>Prior experience designing operational playbooks or leading organizational change</li></ul><ul><li>A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset</li></ul>
