We need your help to take us to the next stage of growth.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do...</h3><ul><li><b>Own the consumer marketing strategy</b> for our consumer leasing proposition, “Intelligent EV”; align the strategy with growth milestones, focusing on user acquisition and conversion</li><li><b>Implement our marketing activity;</b> we run all our digital activity in house so you’ll need to be confident being hands on with campaign management in the channels</li><li><b>Lead a cross-functional B2C marketing squad</b> to deliver on our growth ambitions, spanning search, CRM, social, price comparison sites, cross-sell channels within the Octopus Group and testing new channels. </li><div>			- This is an <b>individual contributor</b> role but you’ll have support from the wider marketing team to execute your plans</div><li><b>Seek out new growth opportunities</b>, finding ways to test them, learn rapidly and scale what works</li><li><b>Use customer insights and data</b> to hone segmentation and targeting across all channels</li><li><b>Manage budget and forecasting;</b> own and manage the marketing budget in line with a CPA target, including taking opportunities to spend more if we can, or reduce spend if we need to</li><li><b>Champion a test-and-learn culture</b> through experimentation and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance</li><li><b>Report on commercial performance</b> to senior stakeholders across the business on an ongoing basis</li><li><b>Mentor and develop junior team members;</b> provide guidance, coaching, and support to help grow the skills of other marketers on the team</li></ul><h3>What you'll need...</h3><ul><li><b>Proven Growth Marketing experience </b>(minimum of 5 years) ideally in high-growth scale up businesses</li><li><b>Commercially driven:</b> a track record of driving commercial outcomes through digital marketing activity</li><li><b>Strong analytical skills</b> and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. GA4, Databricks or similar)</li><li><b>A data-driven approach: </b>an analytical mindset and strong grasp of performance metrics is crucial</li><li><b>A passion for customer experience</b> and insight-lead marketing</li><li><b>Adaptability:</b> we work at a very fast pace so we need you to be collaborative, proactive, and open to ripping up the rulebook and doing things differently</li><li><b>Excellent communication skills:</b> you need to write compelling briefs for our content team, and on occasion write copy from scratch</li><li><b>Stakeholder management: </b>you’ll need to be confident in communicating our strategy to senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities from across the business</li><li><b>Growth mindset: </b>with a focus on building positive feedback loops to continuously improve marketing campaigns and team performance </li><li><b>Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and think critically</b> - there’s always a lot going on and loads of cool things we could do; you need to be able to decipher which tasks we should do</li><li><b>CRM experience: </b>a bonus but not essential providing you’re digitally savvy and numerically confident</li><li><b>A natural curiosity</b> and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing</li></ul><h3>💚 Why else you'll love it here</h3><ul><li>💰 Wondering what the salary for this role is?
