You will gain exposure to senior leaders, strengthen your project management expertise, and directly influence how Antora shows up on some of the most important stages in our industry.The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in planning or coordinating events and preparing senior leaders for high-visibility engagements, fluent in AI tools, and thrives in a dynamic environment.This is a temporary, 9-month contract position, after which we will evaluate the potential for conversion to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities <ul><li style="font-size:10pt;">Lead executive event preparation: Coordinate executive meetings, develop briefing materials, and support event operations before, during, and after each event.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Own event logistics: Manage the design, planning, and execution of high-profile customer events, including sourcing and assembling materials, scheduling meetings, and overseeing all logistical details.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Deliver cross-functional impact: Drive special projects involving coordination across teams, vendor management, and content creation.</li></ul>Key Qualifications <ul><li style="font-size:10pt;">3+ years of experience in corporate event management, marketing operations, executive support, sales enablement, or similar roles.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Demonstrated success executing and managing complex projects with high ownership and accountability.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks independently, while consistently delivering high quality work outputs and exceptional stakeholder experiences.</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Proven ability to coordinate work streams across functions and levels, collaborating with both internal and external partners.</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li style="font-size:10pt;">Work Location: Onsite – San Jose, CA</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Pay Basis: Hourly</li><li style="font-size:10pt;">Rate Range: $35 – $45/hr</li></ul>Please note that the salary range listed above reflects Antora Energy's estimated pay for this position.
