You will support the personal development of that community through advising and coaching them on all aspects of the People Experience at Kaluza. Within this role you will be responsible for:Organisational Change: support the People Partnering team with any organisational changes in the people plans. This may include growth and acquisition, redundancy, TUPE, or a range of other scenarios. Policies: advise and guide employees on our Kaluza People Policies.
