Become part of a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to transform the automotive and mobility industry.</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>This position performs the functions of shipping and receiving, material handling, inventory management and record-keeping for incoming and outgoing shipments of company products and vendor parts necessary to manufacturing of products; stores and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensures accuracy and timeliness of all job functions; verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.</p><p>You Will:</p><p>· Determines method of shipment and prepares bills, invoices and other shipping documents.</p><p>· Receive material - check and signs delivery slips, and assists with unloading as necessary.</p><p>· Inspect and verifies incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and rejects damaged goods.</p><p>· Accept or returns material according to established company procedures. Prints and affixes proper labels.</p><p>· Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise. Make necessary verifications against documents.</p><p>· May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.</p><p>· Maintain internal record-keeping systems.</p><p>· Contact transport companies and suppliers in order to expedite, trace or return material that does not conform to specifications or purchase orders.</p><p>· Assembles containers and crates, packs goods to be shipped and prepares identifying information and shipping instructions.</p><p>· Take inventory, maintain storage area, organize and place stock on shelves. Ensure area is secure at all times.</p><p>· Keeping up date inventories and invoices in the system.</p><p>· Assist Supervisor as needed.</p><p>· Locate material according to layout.</p><p>· Communicates pertinent information per shift.</p><p>· Examine shipment contents and compare with invoices to verify accuracy.</p><p>· Record discrepancies in order to make a failure warning if it is necessary.</p><p>· Shipping schedules follow up/attainment Generates and provides proper paperwork for transportation.</p><p>You Bring:</p><p>· High School Diploma or GED required</p><p>· 2-3 years related experience in shipping activities in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment</p><p>· Supervisory experience would be an asset</p><p>· Strong organizational skills</p><p>· Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)</p><p>· Proficiency with database applications and administration systems, specifically Microsoft Office</p><p>· Must be a highly motivated, service and team-oriented individual with an attention to detail</p><p>· Strong analytical ability</p><p>Be part of something amazing:</p><p>Come work alongside some of the best and most accomplished minds in the industry.
