As our HR Operations Manager DACH, you’ll be the regional go-to for all things HR—strategic, operational, and everything in between. Your mission includes: <h3>HR Business Partnering</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals.</li><li>Guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.</li><li>Support performance management and employee development.</li><li>Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement.</li><li>Advise employees on career growth and mobility.</li></ul><h3>HR Operations</h3><ul><li>Lead HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, contracts, and data accuracy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.</li><li>Coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance and vendors.</li><li>Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.</li><li>Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.</li></ul><h3>Talent Acquisition &amp; Development</h3><ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.</li><li>Boost employer branding and candidate experience.</li><li>Support hiring for key roles and implement learning programs.</li><li>Coach managers on leadership and HR best practices.</li></ul> Your profile You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for people. Here’s what makes you a great fit: <ul><li>10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and operations.</li><li>Strong grasp of DACH labor laws and employment practices.</li><li>Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries or business units.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>English and German C1; other regional languages are a plus.</li></ul> Why us?
