We are committed to creating sustainable solutions and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace.  Our Melbourne office is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Office administrator to support our local team and contribute to the wider Australian business support function. <h2>The Role</h2>This role shall be part time basis, based in our Melbourne office Monday,Wednesday and Friday. As an integral part of our operations team, you will: <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to our engineering teams </li></ul><ul> <li>Enter and verify data across company systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility </li></ul><ul> <li>Coordinate travel bookings and event registrations </li></ul><ul> <li>Schedule meetings, manage inboxes, and respond to client queries </li></ul><ul> <li>Be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, including answering calls and greeting visitors </li></ul><ul> <li>Help maintain a welcoming and well-organised office and kitchen environment </li></ul><ul> <li>Run occasional errands on and off-site as needed </li></ul>  <h2>The Skills</h2> <ul> <li>Previous experience in administration, office support, or coordination roles </li></ul><ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills </li></ul><ul> <li>Confidence using multiple systems (e.g. MS Office, Outlook) </li></ul><ul> <li>A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong working relationships </li></ul><ul> <li>A flexible, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn </li></ul><ul> <li>Professionalism and a commitment to confidentiality </li></ul><ul> <li>Enthusiasm for contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture </li></ul>    Job Description   Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
