<p>AECOM is currently looking to hire a CEI Contract Support Specialist to support our projects located in the Jacksonville, FL area.</p><ul><li>Exercising independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to the office aspects of the project</li><li>Familiarity with the Department's Procedures covering the project related duties as stated above and proficient in the computer programs necessary to perform those duties</li><li>Become proficient in Trimble Business Center - Heavy Construction Edition (HCE) or approved surface to surface comparison software and Engineering Menu</li><li>Provides document management and project controls support which includes the receipt, inventory, audit, tracking, storage, retrieval and distribution of both classified and unclassified electronic, paper and other media project data and documents according to company policy, and proper procedures for the projects</li><li>Manages the set up and maintenance of document control / records management for multiple projects and Project Managers</li><li>Ensures that all local practices and activities comply with company policies and procedures</li><li>Under limited supervision, applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work</li><li>May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction</li><li>Assists in the preparation and review of contract documents, change orders, and pay estimates</li><li>Coordinates with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies</li><li>Monitors project schedules and budgets, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions</li><li>Participates in project meetings and contributes to the development of project reports</li><li>Ensures compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards on assigned projects</li><li>Assists in the development and implementation of project-specific procedures and workflows</li><li>Maintains accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily logs, correspondence, and technical data</li></ul>
