ITS for roads, bridges, tunnels, and cities are our core business areas.About the tasksAs Group Manager for ITS, you will lead a team of IT engineers with a high level of expertise and great commitment. You will be at the forefront of both ongoing development and operation of ITS solutions, especially for the Danish Road Directorate, and for developing the ITS area both in Denmark and across borders in the Nordics and the European region. The goal is to maintain and expand AFRY's customer base and project portfolio.In your daily work, you will ensure the quality execution of the team's tasks, including:<ul><li>Professional leadership of the team in collaboration with the technical team lead</li><li>Direct and oversee complex ITS projects with a focus on cost, time, and quality</li><li>Lead portfolio management activities, ensuring resources, priorities, and performance are aligned across multiple projects</li><li>Relationship with existing customers, including project management of part of the task portfolio</li><li>Internal collaboration within AFRY in the ITS area, and with colleagues in the traffic and installation areas</li><li>Developing new customer relationships both in Denmark and internationally</li><li>Estimating and preparing offers for customers</li><li>Daily personnel management.</li></ul>As part of the management team in AFRY Road &amp; Rail Denmark, you will also be part of a professional environment focused on knowledge sharing and good collaboration.
