You won’t start from zero. You’ll ship v1 and set the pace for everything that follows.Role Description<ul><li>Lead the technological vision and decisions of the company.</li><li>Create a fast and delightful web/mobile product people love to use.</li><li>Shape the data + AI backbone, including search, automated listing, recommendations, quality and safety signals, smart pricing, internal projects, etc.</li><li>Keep us simple and shipping fast: solid architecture, testing, and CI/CD without overbuilding.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li><li>Deep into the Data Science/AI space.</li><li>Strong in mobile/web-app development.</li><li>Relevant working experience, preferably having founded or led at an early-stage startup and shipped software from 0 to 1.</li><li>Generally highly skilled and efficient, and enjoy owning outcomes. Also kind, ambitious, and in for the long game (5+ years).</li></ul>What you'll getReal ownership: equal or near-equal equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff). No salary until funding/revenue. A meaningful problem, a clear path to launch, and a founder who’s all-in (CS BSc+MSc, UC Berkeley alum, ex-marketplace co-founder).Where/whenOslo preferred; hybrid/remote with timezone overlap works. Preferably full-time start within 1–2 months.
