POSITION SUMMARY: With general direction, the Compliance &amp; Reporting Specialist performs a variety of routine and non-routine moderate reporting functions to ensure the proper reporting of accurate disposal and waste diversion for municipalities based on franchise agreement terms This role typically entails responsibility for franchise reporting with complex reporting requirements.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li> Follows standard operating procedures and prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports pertaining to tonnage, diversion, disposal and franchise fees.</li><li>Researches and resolves variances and discrepancies related to disposal reporting. Follows standard operating procedures and determines the appropriate resolution.</li><li>Reviews tonnage and franchise fee reporting for completeness and accuracy.
