Leverages strong relationships with key individuals and groups to meet NYSEG and RG&amp;E metrics related to company initiatives and large projects. Resolves complex customer issues to the satisfaction of the company and external stakeholders.Scope of Work:1.                Manage the outreach function with key business customers and organizations by serving as the primary point of contact to establish and maintain excellent relationships with these stakeholders. Outreach includes company issues, projects and initiatives. 2.                Responsible for managing a portfolio of the largest and/or most politically sensitive business customers.3.                Influences and advises key business customers on natural gas and electric related issues including, but not limited to, account management, collections, products and services and large projects.4.                Provides technical support and data analysis, interprets load data and conducts tariff and policy interpretation.5.                Functions as team lead for various customer and company projects and initiatives including, but not limited to, interruptible gas, standby service, critical facilities.6.                Leads negotiations with customers on a variety of tariff, rate and service issues.7.                Ensures company and customer compliance from a policy, safety and regulatory standpoint.8.                Make recommendations to senior leadership regarding resolution of politically sensitive customer issues.9.                Serve as the economic development lead for business attraction and existing customer projects. Work collaboratively with relevant business areas to provide comprehensive proposals to secure new and expanded business opportunities and increased revenue.
