This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize enterprise CPQ and ERP systems in a complex, multi-level manufacturing environment, while working in a collaborative environment with exposure to both IT and business operations.**This position is remote in the following states: FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, SD, TN, TX, WI, WY<h2>Responsibilities</h2> What Will You Do <ul> <li>Rule Writing &amp; Configuration - Develop and maintain complex configuration rules including bill of materials (BOMs), option lists, manufacturing constraints, and conditional logic.</li> <li>Program and optimize rules that generate accurate manufacturing outputs across multi-level product structures. </li> <li>Leverage AIPS (Application Integration Process Services) and other Infor tools to ensure seamless data flows between ERP, CPQ, and manufacturing systems. </li> <li>Apply logical operators, conditions, and dependencies to accurately represent real-world business requirements in the configurator. </li> <li>Continuously troubleshoot and refine rules to resolve conflicts, ensure accuracy, and improve performance.</li></ul>ERP &amp; CPQ Development<ul> <li>Lead development and maintenance of ERP and CPQ systems, including Infor CloudSuite and Infor CPQ.</li> <li>Create and maintain product models in the CPQ platform to ensure alignment with order entry and manufacturing processes.</li> <li>Develop solutions using Infor proprietary tools such as LPL, Configuration Console, and IPA (Infor Process Automation).</li> <li>Build workflows, forms, fields, and relations within CloudSuite to support operational processes.</li></ul>Data, Reporting &amp; Analytics<ul> <li>Develop and maintain reporting using SSRS and Infor reporting tools (transition from Crystal Reports).</li> <li>Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages to support data validation, reporting, and analytics.</li> <li>Use data analysis to identify configuration gaps, validate rule performance, and improve system reliability.</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Support<ul> <li>Partner with product management, engineering, and production teams to capture requirements and translate them into rules logic.</li> <li>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Engage in semi-agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira.</li> <li>Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2>What Will You Need <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.</li> <li>Experience with rule writing and complex configurator logic development (BOMs, conditions, options, dependencies). </li> <li>ERP experience - Infor LN preferred or other ERP such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle</li> <li>Background in developing tools to support manufacturing and sales workflows is preferred.</li> <li>Experience with Infor CloudSuite (Infor LN experience strongly preferred). </li> <li>Strong skills in IPA, Configuration Console, File Creation Utility, and AIPS. </li> <li>Familiarity with CPQ scripting languages and web application styling.</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL Server development (T-SQL/SSIS) and reporting tools (SSRS). </li> <li>Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. </li> <li>Effective communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. </li> <li>Adaptability and willingness to learn innovative technologies and platforms</li></ul> Let’s Build the Future TogetherAt ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is real.
