We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Event Marketing Senior Associate to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful events across the DACH region and selected global campaigns — from industry conferences and trade shows to proprietary events like the EcoVadis World Tour.You will collaborate closely with Sales, Content &amp; Solution Marketing, and Alliances teams to ensure each event drives brand awareness, quality leads, and meaningful connections with our target audiences.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Support the end-to-end event marketing strategy for regional and global B2B events</li><li>Align event goals with broader demand generation and brand objectives</li><li>Set SMART KPIs, track performance, and iterate based on analytics</li></ul>Execution &amp; Project Management<ul><li>Manage logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and timelines</li><li>Ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across all touchpoints</li><li>Coordinate speakers, booth staff, lead capture tools, giveaways, and presentations</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Sales Enablement<ul><li>Work with Sales and SDAs to define lead qualification criteria (MQL/AMQL)</li><li>Launch pre-, during-, and post-event communication campaigns (in HubSpot or Salesforce/Marketing Cloud)</li><li>Drive fast and frictionless lead handovers and follow-ups</li></ul>Optimization &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Continuously improve processes and playbooks for higher ROI per event</li><li>Own dashboards to monitor performance and conversion rates</li><li>Introduce innovation (gamification, interactive demos, booth tech) to boost engagement</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work hand-in-hand with our global and local marketing teams</li><li>Liaise with external agencies, venues, and partners when needed</li><li>Champion best practices across markets</li></ul>
