We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work.     Your role and responsibilities:     As a Project Sales Director you will be accountable for leading the EPC and complex EEQ sales for new built engine power plant opportunities.  You will have a leading role to ensure we have predictable and profitable sales, enabling a successfull project execution.You’ll be working as a part of the Management Team of EPP Sales Management within Engine Power Plant Business Unit, reporting to the Director, EPP Sales Management. Responsibilities:   <ul><li>Lead the EPC and complex EEQ sales for new built engine power plant opportunities </li><li>Ensure Wärtsilä contracting policies are followed and proper contract terms are achieved </li><li>Lead the contract negotiations and contracting process</li><li>Prepare winning sales negotiation strategy</li><li>Aim for building the long term service agreements  </li><li>Manage and maintain customer relationship  </li><li>Ensure sales project is properly transferred to project execution </li></ul>  Requirements for the position:  <ul><li>The candidate must be able to communicate fluently with English and Spanish speaking customers.
