We are looking for an experienced IT &amp; IS Manager to lead Beewise’s information systems, ERP, integrations, and IT operations. This is a hands-on role with ownership of core systems (ERP, CRM, security, networks, and collaboration tools) and close collaboration with senior management and other system owners in all sites (Israel, EU &amp; USA) The role includes managing one team member and overseeing external vendors. 🌍 At Beewise, we’re on a mission to save the world — one bee at a time. If you’re looking for meaningful impact through innovation, we’d love to have you on board.What You'll Do?<ul><li>Manage and optimize ERP systems, with NetSuite as the core platform</li><li>Lead cross-company integration and automation projects (iPaaS)</li><li>Oversee CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)</li><li>Drive information security initiatives (EDR, MDM, SOC/SIEM, cloud security)</li><li>Managing an help desk employee </li><li>Support and manage CAD/PLM tools (SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM, Agile PLM)</li><li>Maintain company networks, firewalls, and wireless systems</li><li>Manage Google Workspaces environment</li><li>Administer Atlassian collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)</li><li>Provide technical support and vendor management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in IT/IS roles</li><li>Proven experience with ERP systems – NetSuite is an advantage</li><li>Experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and system integrations</li><li>Strong knowledge in information security (EDR, MDM, SOC/SIEM, cloud)</li><li>Familiarity with CAD/PLM systems – advantage</li><li>Experience managing networks and IT infrastructure</li><li>Familiarity with Google Workspaces and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)</li><li>Previous experience leading projects or managing a small team</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills</li></ul>
