You will collaborate closely with our in-house engineering team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive and realistic project estimates and cost tracking. Experience with chemical or manufacturing facility construction is a significant plus. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or relevant years of experience (Engineering or Construction management preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial construction practices and methodologies. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, data analysis, and reporting. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   </li><li>A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems a plus. </li></ul> <div>The position is full-time.
