In this role, you will configure, automate, and maintain automations in our PLM platform that enable our engineering teams to efficiently design, document, and control product data. You will have an opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment across software, mechanical, electrical, and nuclear engineering teams with a high degree of ownership and drive milestones forward to unlock commercialization of the first mass-produced nuclear reactor.Responsibilities and Duties:<ul><li>Administer and maintain Radiant’s PLM system, Teamcenter</li><li>Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security in coordination with IT</li><li>Plan and execute on upgrades and patches of Teamcenter</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to translate business processes into effective PLM configurations and workflows</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve PLM system issues, working with vendors and internal teams to implement timely fixes and enhancements</li><li>Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct user training to maximize PLM adoption and proficiency</li><li>Develop and maintain integrations between critical business systems; manufacturing execution systems (MES), etc.</li><li>Develop Teamcenter and Active Workspace customized reports</li><li>Develop custom Teamcenter/NX tools and integrations to enhance engineering efficiency</li><li>Resolves complex issues in coordination with other teams across the company</li></ul>Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree + 3 years minimum experience</li><li>Ability to work from Radiant’s office in El Segundo, CA (greater Los Angeles) full-time</li></ul>Desired Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in at least one PLM system (Teamcenter preferred)</li><li>Understanding of databases, APIs, and integrations</li><li>Familiarity with CAD data management, BOM management, and change control processes</li><li>Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing workflows</li><li>Experience supporting ERP and CAD preferred</li></ul>Additional Requirements:<ul><li>Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to accomplish our mission.</li><li>Must work 100% onsite at El Segundo HQ.</li></ul><div>Total Compensation and BenefitsRadiant's new hire compensation package includes base salary, substantial equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
