The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working in outdoor field environments.We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Operations Crew Member to perform field deployment operations in Central Texas. You will be deploying and operating equipment as prescribed in operating and testing procedures following company and industry safety protocols. The location of the job is in Richland Springs, Texas. This opportunity will be a contract position with a variable schedule up to two weeks on two weeks off role with up to 12-hour working days. Daily per diem and lodging for field work included. Lodging is only provided for personnel outside a 30-mile radius of Richland Springs. This role will start as early as October 20th 2025. The role is expected to last through Q3 2026. Pay will be between $25 - $35 per hour plus overtime.  <h3> <a></a>Responsibilities: </h3>●       Provide site preparation support and cleanup.
