Build to simplify.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Network Support / SOPs:</li> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the central team to ensure that SOPs and best practices are consistently followed across all stakeholders.</li> <li>Managing field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues.</li> <li>Planning of e^pump Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair/replacement of parts/equipment.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers. </li> <li>Strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and uptime management.</li> </ul> </ul>EV Power Liaison:<ul> <li>Collaborate with local Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) to secure reliable EV Power supply for charging stations.</li> <li>Identify and engage contractors capable of obtaining EV Power within the designated territory</li> <li>Understand the rules and regulations of each territory &amp; DISCOM and make sure that the power is landed as per the expected costs</li> </ul><ul> <li>Stakeholder Relationship Management:</li> <ul> <li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with landlords, Charge Point Operators, business owners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.</li> <li>Ensure effective communication and coordination with local operations teams.</li> </ul> <li>Billing and Reimbursement:</li> <ul> <li>Oversee the generation, timely payment, and reimbursement of electricity bills with various stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure accurate billing and adherence to financial agreements.</li> </ul> <li>Single Point of Contact:</li> <ul><li>Serve as the central point of contact for local operations teams, addressing their queries and providing necessary support.</li></ul> </ul>About the Candidate:<ul> <li>The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high sense of ownership and agility in their work.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in managing service operations within industries associated with EV Charging stations or Cell towers</li> </ul>What matters:<ul> <li>Quality of work</li> <li>Approach towards problem-solving</li> <li>Dissatisfaction towards mediocre work</li> <li>Resilient attitude to bounce back after failing</li> </ul>About UsExponent simplifies energy for EVs.Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner &amp; Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL), Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e^pack (charging station) and e^pump (battery pack) which together unlock 15-min rapid charging.The 200+ strong team of passionate builders have a ton of EV experience and are currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build &amp; scale Exponent.
