This is a critical role that blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has experience scaling teams and processes to build the foundation for our long-term success.The person hired for this role must be within a one hour commute of Lime's Sydney Warehouse.What you’ll do:<ul style=""><li>Define and implement the operations strategy for your region, taking full ownership of key performance metrics and the market's P&amp;L.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of Street Operations, including vehicle positioning, rebalancing, retrieval, and compliance.</li><li>Ensure high fleet availability and reliability by optimizing maintenance processes and leveraging real-time data.</li><li>Spearhead local safety initiatives and ensure your team follows best practices for handling and maintaining the fleet.</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Analyze market data and monitor KPIs to make data-driven choices that improve fleet uptime, operational efficiency, and cost control.</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Ensure compliance with Sydney city regulations, permits, and fleet caps while ensuring compliance with permits and policies while proactively adjusting operations to align with evolving regulations.</li></ul><ul style=""><li>Manage special projects and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Government Relations, Product) and external vendors to achieve strategic business objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations.</li></ul>About you:<ul style=""><li>4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial &amp; systems engineering, logistics, transportation, supply chain, data analytics or a related field.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills: intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.</li><li>Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution.</li><li>Knowledge of how a P&amp;L functions</li><li>Ability to understand metrics and KPIs and the levers to pull to drive results</li><li>Comfortable with working on site and in a warehouse environment</li><li>Analytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics) and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment with a high degree of self-direction.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>SQL or business intelligence tools experience</li><li>Familiarity with city regulations and compliance frameworks in mobility, transportation, or related industries</li></ul>#LI-Onsite#LI-MW1If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
