We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the development of our cab-less autonomous vehicle, i.e. the Einride eBot. You are friendly, open-minded, tech-savvy and also passionate about turning innovative ideas into successful products.</p><h3>You will:</h3><ul><li>Collaborate in an agile hardware and software development environment, actively contributing to the evolution of flexible, forward-thinking ways of working</li><li>Collect and analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to formulate strategies and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation</li><li>Collect and analyze data, and use these data-driven insights to make informed product decisions</li><li>Translate data insights as well as complex technical concepts into clear, compelling product features and user stories</li><li>Collaborate closely with tech, commercial, operations, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements and the roadmap for your product area</li><li>Communicate effectively to key stakeholders, including our leadership, customers, partners, and internal employees to align on priorities and secure buy-in</li></ul><h3>We expect you to have:</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software and/or hardware development (candidates with software-only backgrounds should not shy away from applying)</li><li>Strong technical background, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Domain knowledge from autonomous software and/or hardware</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills</li><li>Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex input and ideas into solutions, and the ability to get alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management best practices</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based in either Stockholm or Gothenburg.
