AECOM’s Human Resources Team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People &amp; Culture Business Partner to join our team.  You will be supporting a client group of around 250 team members in our Sydney office.Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources support, including:<ul><li>Employee Relations</li><li>Performance</li><li>Culture</li><li>Reward &amp; Talent Management</li><li>Building the people management capabilities of our leaders</li><li>Facilitating and supporting change management</li><li>Leading and supporting HR projects</li><li>Working with managers to improve our employee experience.</li></ul>In addition to partnering with business leaders within  key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally.  Reporting to the People &amp; Culture Lead – New South Wales &amp; Canberra.
