We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities for a major PMC project governed under the FIDIC Yellow Book. The successful candidate will ensure that all civil works are executed in compliance with the contract specifications, schedule, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities to ensure alignment with design documents and project plans.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed in accordance with the FIDIC Yellow Book contract obligations.</li><li>Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and project management to resolve technical issues on-site.</li><li>Review and monitor (sub)contractor performance, work progress, and adherence to quality and safety standards.</li><li>Report progress, risks, and any non-conformities to the Construction Manager and the Resident Engineer.</li><li>Maintain site records including daily weather conditions, progress reports, inspections, and test results.</li><li>Participate in inspections and handover procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and procedures.</li><li>Performing both routine and non-routine, complex assignments that require judgment in resolving issues or making recommendations.</li><li>Decision making with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.</li><li>Following specific, standardized procedures to achieve set results and deadlines.</li></ul>
