This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizational learning strategies, talent development, and coaching practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Digitalization of Content: Assist in transforming learning materials into engaging digital formats, contributing to accessibility and alignment with learning objectives.</li><li>Course Creation &amp; Management: Support the design, development, and management of training courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content upload, learner tracking, and assessment.</li><li>Tracking &amp; Reporting: Monitor learning progress, collect data on key training metrics (e.g., completion rates, engagement, and performance), and provide insights through reports to improve learning outcomes.</li><li>Coaching Program Design: Contribute to the conception and structuring of coaching programs, supporting the team in the creation of frameworks that enhance personal and professional growth.</li><li>Learning &amp; Development Strategy: Assist in researching and supporting initiatives that align with the organization’s L&amp;D strategy, focusing on innovation and the latest industry trends.</li><li>Content Design &amp; Structuring: Collaborate in the design and structuring of learning materials, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with instructional best practices.</li></ul>
