As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of engineers to ensure that technical projects are delivered efficiently and successfully. You coordinate and support technical development, monitor project progress and ensure that the teams meet their goals. S4Is main focus is plant engineering for hydrogen projects and decarbonization projects. You will join the Solutions for Industry Department, Finland/Global and will work on interesting projects that will drive the shift toward cleaner energy and a brighter tomorrow.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: <ul><li>Management and leadership:<ul><li>Management of a team of engineers and technical specialists. Promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. Conducting regular team meetings and individual performance reviews.</li></ul></li><li>Project management:<ul><li>Planning, scheduling, coordination and monitoring of technical projects. Ensuring that projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget.
