We are always on the lookout for future-oriented talent – want to join the ride? Your main responsibilities are:<ul><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Manage site work with team members, including subcontractors, and report through the service work report.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Ensure site safety conditions are met by team members and subcontractors in accordance with Wartsila and local regulations.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Perform commissioning, overhauls, and repairs on 4-stroke general engines.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Occasionally, manage and lead the assigned team and related activities during work execution.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Communicate with the back office for root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting during site work.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Create daily work reports and update the back office on site conditions.</li><li style="font-family:arial , helvetica , sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;">Communicate with customers about technical and commercial requirements during site work.</li></ul> Why you and us We have an amazing team and a clear purpose to exist.
