Your responsibilities will include:  ensuring closing processes, regular booking of accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany reconciliations, etc. as well as group financial reporting and accounts reconciliation. You will suggest improvements and take part in ensuring strong internal controls together with setting up and developing the process in SSC.</li><li>Lead the team and be responsible for coaching, motivating, recruiting and evaluation of the team members.</li><li>Lead collaboration with key stakeholders, including senior level cross- the clients entities business colleagues (e.g. Cluster CFO), both accounting authorities/auditors and local entity/group financial reporting and accounting</li><li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for related policies and processes, supports productivity objectives and continuous improvement, process changes and leading practices to have an efficient and effective process</li><li>Drive and monitors improvements to sustain a highly effective and efficient accounting and reporting process, and realizes cost reduction opportunities including areas to harmonise and standardise processes</li><li>Lead the measurement and delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets Manage day-to-day activities for General Ledger Accounting</li><li>Actively lead and manages the period-end closing and reporting in accordance with laws and required group standards and instructions from EMEA Finance</li><li>Lead and manage the balance sheet account reconciliations of allocated accounts and ensures timely resolution and cleans of overdue items identified</li><li>Proactively reviews accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data</li><li>Manages and advises the business with projects providing accounting guidance/expertise  and harmonization of processes and work instructions between different legal entities</li></ul> Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience from roles in GL accounting or equivalent position in a multinational company</li><li>Extensive experience and knowledge of finance processes and financial systems</li><li>Experience with SSC function is advantage</li><li>High level of integrity, commitment, and responsibility</li><li>Able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization</li></ul>#LI-RP1We value and encourage diversity in our team.
