The Power Plant Operations Leader is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the power generation facility. This role ensures compliance with environmental regulations, company policies, and industry standards while leading a team of operators and technicians to meet production goals and maintain operational excellence. Preferred candidate will have advanced knowledge of power plant operations, especially fossil fuel technology. Must have a strong safety mindset and a strong bias for action.
