Overview / Job BriefWe are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and management of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) digital product. Enterprise Asset Management at Clarios is focused on driving improvements across equipment health, performance, and costs.The role involves understanding customer needs, defining product vision, working closely with both internal and external technology teams, and managing the product lifecycle.The ideal candidate is technically proficient and possesses strong communication, leadership, and delivery skills utilizing both lean/agile methodologies and traditional program/project management. Responsibilities<ul><li>Define, own, and communicate a compelling digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products for Enterprise Asset Management across all of Clarios.</li><li>Manage the entire digital product lifecycle from concept to launch, serving as the voice of customer to technology teams.</li><li>Work with executive level stakeholders to understand desired/potential business outcomes and then work with cross functional teams to define and prioritize a backlog of product features / functional requirements to meet those outcomes.</li><li>Lead a combination of internal and external technology teams to deliver prioritized digital product features that align with and drive business outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, operations, and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery, launch, and adoption.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify and prepare for future customer needs and market opportunities.</li><li>Actively engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, procurement) and customers to gather feedback and validate digital product direction.</li><li>Manage digital product releases, track KPIs and Outcome Driven Metrics, and iterate based on feedback and performance.</li><li>Ensure digital products align with company’s quality standards, architecture strategy, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Act as a digital product evangelist to build awareness within the organization. Represent the digital product in steering committees and governance forums.</li><li>Staff and/or Resource Management – Leads, directs, coaches, and develops staff as needed to deliver digital product value. Responsible for hiring of staff or contract staff and selecting delivery partners as needed. Conducts individual performance and development planning performance reviews, other supervisory interactions and salary/career management for staff.  </li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Asset Management technologies, business capabilities, processes, and data. Direct experience in manufacturing operations also preferred.</li><li>Experience with product management and a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.</li><li>Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.</li><li>Demonstrated experience conducting and leveraging market research, driving product strategy, and designing an excellent user experience.</li><li>High level of emotional intelligence, demonstrated through successful working relationships with stakeholders at various levels in an organization and with various personality types.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and financial acumen</li><li>Ability to lead and influence data-driven decision making at the senior leader level</li><li>Strong understanding of the digital landscape and familiarity with digital technologies, platforms, and technology trends.</li><li>Proven expertise in the software development process, agile methodologies, and project/program management.</li><li>Customer-centric mindset to ensure the digital product meets user needs and contributes to business goals.</li><li>MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Agile/Scrum/Project Management certifications are a bonus.</li></ul>#LI-PR1About Clarios: Clarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
