You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and best-practice SAP solutions that empower our global service operations.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service module.</li><li>Lead workshops with Business Stake holders &amp; SAP build partners</li><li>Manage configuration of key service processes:<ul><li>Service Orders (creation, planning, execution, closure)</li><li>Service Contracts &amp; Entitlements (SLAs, response times)</li><li>Warranty &amp; Claim Management</li><li>In-house Repair &amp; Field Service Management</li><li>Resource Scheduling &amp; Service Confirmations</li><li>Service Billing &amp; Settlement (time/material, fixed price, periodic billing).</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Enable and support Fiori-based service apps for business users.</li><li>Enable integration of SAP Service with Finance (FI/CO), Procurement (MM), Sales (SD), and Asset Management (PM).</li><li>Support migration projects from ECC CS or SAP CRM Service to S/4HANA Service.</li><li>Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver best-practice solutions.</li><li>Provide training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization to ensure long-term success.</li></ul>NOTE: Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul><ul><li>5-7 years of experience in SAP S4 Service, SD, OTC, and EAM.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in S/4HANA Service.</li><li>Expertise in Service Order Management, Contracts, Warranties, and Service Billing/Service Finance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Fiori applications for service operations.</li><li>Familiarity with Service Master Data (Technical Objects, Installed Base, Functional Locations, Business Partners).</li><li>Understanding of Service analytics and reporting in S/4HANA.</li><li>Solid knowledge of integration touchpoints with SD, MM, FI, and Asset Management.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in migration from SAP ECC PM/CS or SAP CRM Service.</li><li>Exposure to global implementations and working with distributed teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li></ul>Work Environment: This role involves working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with both IT and business stakeholders.  Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
