Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Support a team of electricians, fabricators, calibrators, mechanics, and custodians working with all plant processes including rubber production and O-ring production</li><li>Support a robust spare parts program</li><li>Support facility upgrades through capital projects that include building and production needs</li><li>Support major and minor equipment moves throughout the plant</li><li>Prioritize and schedule projects and personnel to manage overtime and complete projects efficiently</li><li>Review and understand all safety documentation relevant to the maintenance team</li><li>Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 with regards to maintenance requirements</li><li>Support the annual review of associate performances and make recommendations for improvements</li><li>Run monthly metrics for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Reports and support their improvement</li><li>Participate in Kaizens to help with efficiency in areas in which maintenance plays a key role</li><li>Support the plants preventative maintenance program through scheduling and completion compliance</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or required.</li><li>Travel as required.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>1-5 years of Maintenance experience</li><li>Experience with CMMS programs, preferably SAP</li><li>Proficiency with hydraulic systems</li><li>Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting</li><li>Ability to work on production floor as production requires</li><li>General computer skills</li></ul> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
