You will be responsible for ensuring orderly distribution of inventory and tooling around CFS properties and buildings. You will ensure smooth operational flow, by ensuring inventory moves on and off the production line.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul><li>Load and unload, and transport heavy crates and building materials to designated areas</li><li>Maintain materials, equipment, and supplies required to meet CFS production needs</li><li>Maintain physical condition of all staging areas and ensure safety protocols are observed</li><li>Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase order information, identify non-conforming or damaged parts and stock items appropriately and inform the relevant team member</li><li>Prioritize and organize the movement of materials based on operational needs</li><li>Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory levels</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to coordinate material deliveries and placements</li><li>Obey and enforce CFS Safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse; correct any unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean work environment</li><li>Operate various material handling and powered equipment and obtain a DOT License</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for:</h3><ul><li>High School Diploma (or equivalent)</li><li>1+ years combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping &amp; Receiving</li><li>Strong communication and listening skills</li><li>Inventory &amp; warehousing operational knowledge</li></ul><h3>Bonus points for: </h3><ul><li>Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system</li><li>Experience in start-up or high growth environment</li><li>Manufacturing/shop floor environment experience</li></ul><h3>Must-have Requirements: </h3><ul><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Dedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics</li><li>Perform activities such as typing, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time</li><li>Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:10px;">#LI-Onsite</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">At CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
