This role includes training team performance, ensuring client excellence, and managing global VIP clientele for consistent, high-level performance.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Elevate client experience and conversion metrics within the region through talent development, brand training, and driving overall sales strategy.</li><li>Manage VIC relationships and experience and refine custom outreach strategies to increase repeat purchase, utilizing CRM insights to drive high-value sales and enhance VIP experiences.</li><li>Oversees the implementation of all learning and development initiatives across their VRAI showrooms, including the cadence for onboarding, training, and ramp-up for Showroom Managers and Diamond Experts.</li><li>Is held accountable for their personal sales and conversion, combined stores' sales, and KPI performance; holds each showroom and team member accountable to clear targets and consistent execution.</li><li>Travels regularly to showrooms to provide in-person coaching, oversight, and leadership presence.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>4+ years of management experience in a luxury retail environment, minimum</li><li>Proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment</li><li>Diamond and jewelry expertise strongly preferred</li><li>Independent, motivated, and well-organized</li><li>Available weekends</li></ul><br><div>VRAI provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
