Every year, more than 10,000 companies across 60 countries apply to get Great Place to Work Certified.</div>The Manager/Senior Manager, Origination &amp; Contracting (title commensurate with experience) will be responsible for originating new business by assisting to develop new and existing customer relationships, communicating Reactivate’s story to key customers and stakeholders.Responsibilities ⚙️<ul><li>Support execution of deal strategies and assist with market analysis</li><li>Prepare and review financial models, customer proposals and various deal materials for power purchase and offtake agreements</li><li>Conduct targeted outreach to develop new business opportunities and relationships</li><li>Identify and assess potential changing market dynamics or fundamental drivers that could impact price</li><li>Analyze and develop different structures for the customer including risk mitigation solutions to ensure effective risk management assessment</li><li>Support deal execution – draft term sheets, assist in negotiations and manage internal reviews</li><li>Collaborate with various departments such as Legal, FP&amp;A and Asset Management to ensure alignment throughout transaction lifecycle</li><li>Prepare materials for internal leadership review and periodic market updates</li></ul>Requirements 🎓 <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Master’s degree preferred</li><li>Demonstrated track record of selling power</li><li>Experience in community solar and distributed generation (DG) markets, projects or related resources</li><li>3-5 years of experience in energy origination, structured transactions, PPAs or related commercial energy roles  </li><li>Demonstrates an excellent understanding of US power markets and an ability to assess, evaluate, and offer insights into evolving market conditions</li><li>Possess a working knowledge of RTO operations, electric transmission and power generation and storage technologies</li><li>Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills, including substantial experience in proposal and presentation preparation</li><li>Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, familiarity with CRMs</li></ul>The annual base salary for this position is $140,000 – $160,000.
