Your primary goal will be to keep production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards while fostering collaboration across teams.</p><p> </p><p>You Will: </p><ul><li>Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Organize, assign, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of work within established quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Engineering, and Logistics—to maintain smooth workflows and resolve production challenges.<br>Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Monitor and maintain adherence to 6S standards of workplace organization.</li><li>Train and mentor new team members on procedures, safety protocols, and standard work practices.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, creating and maintaining a safe work environment.<br>Escalate production challenges or material shortages to management in a timely manner.</li><li>Build team versatility by ensuring all operations within the area have adequate trained coverage.</li></ul><p>You Bring: </p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Current team member in the Department with at least 6 months in current role.</li><li>No active written concerns (disciplinary or attendance) on file.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technologies within the hiring department.</li><li>Proven ability to lead, engage, and motivate a team toward achieving goals.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience with production KPIs and continuous improvement practices.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
