If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div>We are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Training Specialist to lead our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) training initiatives with a specialized focus on SAP platforms.  This role will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining comprehensive training programs that enable our organization to maximize the value of our ERP investment and drive user adoption across engineering, manufacturing, and business teams. This role is critical in enabling global teams to adopt and optimize enterprise systems, driving operational excellence and innovation across the organization.  You will <ul><li>Design and develop comprehensive training curricula for SAP platforms (e.g., EWM, IM, SuccessFactors, DevOps, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Create engaging training materials, including user guides, video tutorials, hands-on exercises, and assessment tools. </li></ul><ul><li>Partner with ERP administrators, engineering managers, and business leaders to identify training needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver training sessions through multiple modalities: classroom instruction, virtual sessions, one-on-one coaching, and self-paced learning modules. </li></ul><ul><li>Customize training content based on role-specific needs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and business functions. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain training schedules to support new users’ onboarding and ongoing skill development. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain training environments and demo systems to support hands-on learning experiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical guidance during training sessions and troubleshoot user issues. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop metrics to measure training effectiveness, user adoption, and competency development. </li><li>Benchmark training programs against industry standards and implement improvements. </li></ul>You bring <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related technical field. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP or other comparable ERP platforms. </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes and how ERP supports operations. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in technical training, adult education, or knowledge transfer roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Expertise with LMS platforms, authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia, etc.), and emerging learning technologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning materials. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, comprehensive documentation. </li></ul><ul><li>SAP certifications preferred (e.g., EWM, IM, SuccessFactors, etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with agile development methodologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Training or instructional design certifications are a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities shift quickly, delivering high-quality training solutions under tight deadlines while maintaining excellence standards in our exciting, high-growth organization. </li></ul> The position will report to the Global Systems Training Manager at the Lucid Phoenix Hub in Phoenix, AZ. This position requires the ability to work collaboratively across time zones and may involve occasional travel for system implementations or stakeholder meetings.  At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity—we celebrate it!
