If you share the desire to leave a lasting positive impact on the world and to join a strong culture of intelligent, passionate people, then let’s start a conversation.   What you will be responsible for: The Production Shift Supervisor will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Supervisory Responsibilities:<ul style=""><li>Manages production employees on the assigned shift.</li><li>Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.</li><li>Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. </li></ul>What You’ll Do:<ul style=""><li>Oversees production operations on assigned shift.</li><li>Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoots issues that arise.</li><li>Works as a team with the Team Leaders, Construction Superintendent, QC Techs and other resources to deliver results.</li><li>Ensures that employees comply with applicable safety regulations, quality standards, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Ensures paperwork is completed and signed correctly.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul style=""><li>Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.</li><li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.</li><li>Solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to complete reports and logs.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul style=""><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Prior Supervisory work experience is preferred.</li></ul>Physical Requirements: <ul style=""><li>Must be able to traverse the production facility.</li><li>Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.</li><li>Must be available for 2nd shift. 2PM-10:3PM PST.</li></ul>What we offer: <ul style=""><li>Opportunity to join an outstanding start-up team and grow a company from the ground up.</li><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Medical/dental/vision benefits.</li><li>Equity in the company.</li></ul>At Aro Homes, we are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
