The AECOM office provides upward mobility, opportunities for growth and leadership.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Serve as an AECOM project manager / lead engineer on rail projects from planning, preliminary engineering, and final design.</li><li>Accountable for developing project scope, budget and schedule and lead client contract negotiations.</li><li>Coordinate, cooperate, and work collaboratively with others team members as well as support business development.</li><li>Provide leadership and mentorship to subordinate managers and technical engineering staff.</li><li>Performance at this level requires experience in a professional position and demonstrated experience with the types of tasks that will be required.</li></ul>
