There is some flexibility with start and end time of shift. This is a hybrid position and onsite work is expected at least once every 2 weeks. </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain strict confidentially when dealing with sensitive company, personnel or customer documents and issues.</li><li>Administrate and facilitate electronic and hard copy processing of Non-Disclosure Agreements in existing system.</li><li>Develop, implement, and administrate a corporate-wide system to manage and track external business agreements.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned depending upon workload.  These may include:<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li>Administrate intellectual property (IP) activities such as research notebook tracking program and patent docket.</li><li>Aid Advisor to the President in evaluating and administrating MLI Export Control activities including International Shipping Requests.</li><li>Aid Advisor to the President in purchase and sales agreement strategy development, drafting, and negotiations.</li><li>Maintain Legal Docket Calendar to Manage Legal Task Tracking and Completion.</li><li>Aid Advisor to the President in implementing the use of AI to complete one or more of the above delineated tasks.</li><li>Aid Advisor to the President in evaluating and administering New Vendor Requests. </li></ul></li><li>Uphold MLI’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policy with the understanding that each individual will be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect regardless of position or stature.  Every employee has an affirmative duty to immediately raise harassment concerns to Company management.</li><li>Work to continuously improve productivity, cost savings, safety and morale to gain positive results in all areas.</li><li>Maintain physical condition and health so as to be able to timely perform assigned job duties.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team. </li></ul><br><p style="margin-bottom:11px;margin-left:8px;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify;">High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify;">Minimum of 1-year administrative experience in an office environment. </li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify;">Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software (Word and Excel) is required.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;text-align:justify;">Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Demonstrated ability to:</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Follow written and verbal instructions in English.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in order to meet established deadlines.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Work as a team and/or independently.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;">Perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="line-height:107%;">Maintain regular and punctual attendance.</span></li></ul><p style="margin-left:8px;"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="line-height:107%;">College level business office coursework (AA or equivalent experience) preferred.</span></li></ul><p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p><p><em>Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.
