Responsibilities:<ul><li>Follows all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.</li><li>Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.</li><li>Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.</li><li>Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.</li><li>Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, or other stock items and distributes items to production areas.</li><li>Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets.</li><li>Marks materials with identifying information.</li><li>Opens bales, crates, and other containers.</li><li>Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.</li><li>Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.</li><li>Uses computer to enter records.</li><li>Drives material handling equipment to transport stored items.</li><li>Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized product.</li><li>Utilizes manual material handling equipment.</li><li>Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection. May perform other duties as required.</li><li>Contributes to division results and performance.</li><li>Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have 2 degree or diploma</li><li>Must have office experience</li><li>1-3 years experience</li><li>Must have Microsoft Office, some Excel Skills preference</li><li>Candidate must able to communicate effectively to team members and management staff.</li><li>Must be able to read information through warehouse computer software.</li></ul> Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis.</li><li>Must be able to walk, write, and type on a frequent basis.</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an frequent basis.</li><li>Must be able to climb and descend stairs.</li><li>Must be able to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on an frequent basis.</li><li>Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.</li><li>May work indoors and outdoors as needed.</li><li>Exposure to heat up to 120 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.</li><li>May work in areas where noise level is such that hearing protection is required.</li><li>May be exposed to varying amounts of dust and dirt.
