Applicable experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.</li><li>Valid driver's license and good driving record required.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements:</h2><ul><li>Must be able to climb ladders and steps and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to meet call-in requirements as needed.</li><li>Some elevated work required.</li></ul><h2>Work Hours &amp; Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Flexible work schedules with the ability to work from home are available, but you will be expected to work on-site at the plant as needed for plant support.
